SUMMARY
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide quality products, excellent service and a friendly atmosphere for all customers
•Clean and reset tables. Check linen.
•Fill and replenish water, rolls and butter
•Server or busser to remove dishes when customer is finished with each course
•Deliver dirty table settings to dishwashing area
•Rack all dirty glasses in designated dishwashing area
•Oversee cleanliness of restaurant
•Take soiled linens to dock
•Empty all garbage
•Turn in all recyclable products to their proper container or location
•Assist servers in carrying food trays
•Maintain proper sanitation, safety procedures and cleanliness in work areas
•Follow all policies and procedures outlined by Manager and the employee handbook
•Act as an extension of the security department in protecting the assets of the hotel and all guests by observing and reporting any questionable activity
•Assume all responsibilities as delegated by the Manager and do any or all other duties that may be required to fulfill customer needs and requests
•Make sure stations are clear of all dirty dishes, area is mopped, and all garbage bags clean before end of shift.
•Attend all meetings and complete online trainings
•Must understand and abide by environmental practices of the resort•Other duties as assigned

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Applicant needs to be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to work varied hours to include weekends and holidays. Time off requests are only granted if business allows. Applicant must be able to work well as an individual and as a member of a team with a goal of providing outstanding guest service.

Heavy lifting may be required up to 50lbs.

Applicant needs to be able to stay upbeat and positive in a fast paced work environment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
COMMENTS
Native American Preference will apply. Must be able to pass a background investigation and a Drug Screen as a condition of employment. Must be able to work flexible hours and take on additional responsibilities when asked. Must adhere to company policies regarding strict confidentiality.
