Alta Resources is looking for Call Center Representatives, at our call center, to support one of the world’s most recognizable athletic footwear and apparel brands. Our customer service reps set personal records when it comes to helping athletes-of-all-levels meet their goals, while wearing our client’s gear. Our reps train for the long haul to ensure our customers have the best experience and make it to the finish line. 

Duties & Qualities

• Use social media, chat, email and/or phone (voice) to address the needs of our client’s customers
• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
• Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
