JOB TITLE: Senior Manager, Project Management – Prometric Assessments
REPORTS TO: Chief Assessment Officer
DEPARTMENT: Test Development Services
LOCATION: Baltimore, Maryland
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and seasoned Project Manager for the Test Development Services Planning and Project Management team who will gather project requirements, create project schedules and manage project milestones. This role also gathers data to analyze project 'health' and creates reports for dissemination to the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Determine, document, and communicate annual project management for per Prometric Assessment products• Gather, document, and communicate requirements from various sources (Product, Operations, Test Development, Customer Support, Business Development, Designated Clients, etc.)
• Create project plans. Annual project plans are required for all Prometric Assessment products to ensure appropriate maintenance, ongoing evolution, and innovation is supported for internal and external clients
• Create a project schedule for Prometric Assessment products (i.e.; product enhancements, test development, test publishing, case study development, marketing, etc.)
• Work across Prometric departments to manage the project milestones
• Facilitate regularly scheduled project meetings (with internal teams, and clients where applicable)
• Serve as escalation point for issues, defects and change control to Client Team and Client
• Work with department stakeholders to ensure the quality of the products (exams)
• Work with department stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are met (both from client and internal)
• Work with department stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
• As the team expands, recruit and maintain PMO talent necessary to successfully support Prometric Assessment projects
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or relevant industry experience.
EXPERIENCE
• Seasoned Project Manager (PMP designation a plus but not required), 10+ year’s proven (verifiable) experience
• 10+ years’ experience in managing PMO staff
• Expert in MS Project, Excel, Word. MS Access experience is desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of Prometric clients, systems and processes highly desirable but not required.

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting with a high aptitude for complex systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues
• Sound decision making with the ability to work under minimum supervision
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills
