Inside Sales Executive - Inbound

Summary
The Inbound Account Executive is responsible for onboarding and activating new customers.. We need someone who excels in building relationships, becoming product expert so they can consult customers, value selling, pipeline management, and can also a client navigate the first few months of implementation to ensure a quick and complete realization of revenue.

Job Duties

• Drive new business growth by activating solutions to small and mid-market businesses
• Manage a pipeline of assigned SMBs who have signed up through digital marketing
• Be a product expert to our customers and continuously stay in tune with all of our product enhancements
• Research and understand the prospective client’s business goals, objectives and challenges
• Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to the appropriate level of leadership within a prospective company
• Propose solutions of our suite of products to deliver quantifiable business value through an integrated relationship
• Communicate accurate and timely forecasts to multiple layers of leadership both internally and externally
• Preparation of and execution to sales plans and campaigns
• Deliver strong performance against required sales/revenue targets

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Passion for direct consultative selling who knows how to fill a pipeline and can show a track record of solid results against goals/plan
• Experience selling to or managing many levels of relationships.
• A passion for the activity needed to excel - making one more phone call, one more touch, etc.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
• Knowledge of finance, accounts payable, corporate cards, accounting, and or commercial payments are preferred
