Java Developer, Healthcare Analytics

As a Java developer, you will be responsible for design, develop and maintain high-performance Java applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will also work on web applications, mobile applications, and enterprise-level software systems, in a collaborative work environment.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality Java applications for the client.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders in other departments to identify and prioritize requirements.
• Conduct technical analysis to arrive at solutions and create technological artefacts in response to production issues.

• Good knowledge of Java languages and web development frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
• Expertise in developing web applications using front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
• Working knowledge of database technologies (MySQL and Oracle)

Candidate Profile:

Required Skills and Qualifications:  

• Demonstrable expertise in various technical areas, including programming, network administration, and software installation and configuration.
• 2-4 years of experience in software development, database management, or a role with similar responsibilities.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, and Docker).
• Proficiency in Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, and other relevant Java technologies.
• Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like Angular or React is desirable.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, and experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with organizational capabilities and effective communication skills.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering or a related field.
• Strong US healthcare experience.
