Key Responsibilities:

Using social media to build brand awareness and create an engaged community.

Effective order qualification to enhance conversion to placement.

Participation in briefing calls and account reviews, supplier days organized by MSP Clients

Crafting benefit led adverts and posting on to job boards to effectively attract target talent.

Conducting CV searches on job boards to maximize the choice of talent for our job orders.

In depth searching and head hunting online to identify talent within our market.

Screening candidates, reviewing portfolios where applicable, and matching them to suitable clients.

Remarkable speed of service in sourcing talent to maximize coverage and speed of service on job orders.
 

Conducting full business interviews to collate proof points that effectively match and market talent.

Ensuring talent write-ups are added to CloudWall (including PARs and soft skills) enabling talent to be pitched effectively.

Contacting talent to arrange and prepare for interviews and bookings to maximize results.

Gaining leads and contacts to help build both client and talent database.

Actioning Agent leads in a timely manner, to include screening, polite re-direction, arranging interviews, etc.

Setting up expert interviews and testing for talent to confirm their ability.

Working with the support team to ensure on-boarding is done according to company and MSP Client process. Effective after care activities to retain existing talent and generate referrals - check in calls and meetings. Attending events and networking opportunities and reading relevant publications/newsletters to deepen sector knowledge and build contacts.

Ensuring all activities and notes are accurately recorded on our in-house system

Experience:
2 + years’ experience in recruitment.(Creative & Marketing ideal)
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search.
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems.
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews. (i.e., phone, video, etc.
Experiences and comfort working towards KPI's.
Experience recruiting and sourcing Marketing and Digital Talent
 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer of up to 8hrs per day.

  • Occasional travel for client or team meetings

  • Remote work environment supported by resources necessary for an effective home office
