Location: Hybrid Work Model


Technology plays a crucial role in our ability to deliver best-in-class insurance products. We are looking for .NET Engineers to join our development team. This team supports the foundational systems off which the business runs today.


You will assist in updating and upgrading existing applications. Understanding code, identifying errors, and troubleshooting how to resolve those errors are critical for this role. 


This position will function as a technical application support individual with specific responsibilities that include:


  • Assisting products from inception to completion either as an individual contributor or as part of a team.
  • Communicating with IT and Product managers to gather necessary information on existing application enhancements.
  • Assisting in investigating and resolving tickets assigned to team members and implementing permanent resolutions effectively.
  • Experience writing unit tests and documenting troubleshooting steps and solutions taken on resolutions.


What your qualifications might look like:

  • 4-6 years of experience in the .NET applications, preferably built on combinations of .NET Framework, .NET Web Forms, .NET Core, Web API, C#, and Microsoft SQL.
  • Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree or demonstrated competence.
