As a Client Center team member, you will help fulfill the promise that Central Insurance makes to our customers by recognizing, understanding, and responding to the needs of our internal and external customers.

This also includes:

  • Providing an exceptional customer experience with a personal touch
  • Servicing incoming calls, emails and customer requests 
  • Screening and processing new quotes, issues, renewals and all other transactions for Personal Lines policies
  • Soft sell, up-sell, and cross-selling current customers

What your qualifications might look like:

  • Ability to rotate into extended phone coverage shift as assigned
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Commitment to superior customer service, conflict resolution, and strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with each customer, both internal and external, by actively listening and assertively responding to their needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally using proper grammar both orally and in writing
  • Effectively prioritize multiple tasks to meet required deadlines and work independently
  • Exercise initiative and judgment while researching and responding to customer inquiries
  • Adapt quickly to change
  • P&C License required within 60 days of start, if not already obtained
  • P&C Insurance experience required
