Handling - eComm - Warehouse Supervisor

Starting Pay - $55,000 plus depending upon experience.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll guarantee that our warehouse operation runs efficiently and smoothly by overseeing your team and addressing any obstacles that could delay your team’s success. You’ll be active on the warehouse floor, walking the aisles and docks to coach your team and proactively address areas of opportunity. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment, ensuring that safety and efficiency standards are not compromised.

Because we operate in a temperature-controlled environment, it’s vital that the product in our facility maintains the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively supervise warehouse operations including but not limited to receiving, shipping, and safety processes in a cold perishable and freezer warehouse environment.

• Coach team member’s performance and encourage a sense of responsibility in the success of the whole operation.

• Actively present on warehouse floor, walking the aisles and docks.

• Utilize warehouse management system to track KPI’s and manage the shift.

• Engage and motivate team members through leading pre-shift meetings.

• Monitor/audit daily for GMP, COOL procedures (Country of Origin Labeling), HAACP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and other food safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of related warehouse experience

• Team Lead or Supervisory experience preferred

• Passion for People and Warehouse Operations

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
