Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Provide comprehensive administrative support, assist in recruitment by managing job postings, attending job fairs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Administrative Excellence: Prepare a variety of correspondence, manage HR documents, and ensure smooth operational flow within the Talent Acquisition department.
• Support and Coordination: Assist in various TA tasks, handle sensitive communications, and ensure efficient processes within the team.

Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
