Morning GO Site Coordinator - Owasso

POSITION NAME:              Site Coordinator

LOCATIONS:                      Owasso Schools

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:       Under the direct supervision of the assigned director, the Site Coordinator is responsible for working with other YMCA staff, children, parents, volunteers, partners and other adults involved with GO Club. The Site coordinator will assist the Program Director in implementing the various programs, hiring all staff, and developing program partnerships for GO Club.

QUALIFICATIONS:                                    

• Strong human relation skills
• Must be an example of good moral behavior
• High School Diploma
• Preferred 2 years working with youth and/or families
• Volunteer or staff development/supervision experience
• Understand the nature of the YMCA as a membership organization
