H&W Fitness Floor

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Wellness Coach will be responsible for providing quality supervision and instruction in a clean, safe wellness center environment. In addition, they will have a key responsibility in facilitating fitness technology and providing exceptional customer service, supporting the fitness floor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Age 18 or older
• High School Graduate or diploma
• Excellent skills in customer service and interactions with others
• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment, proper technique and purpose of exercises. 
• Ability to gain fundamental knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and exercise programming.
• Experience in the Health & Wellness field
• Technology aptitude  required

STARTING SALARY: $11-12 per hour
