POSITION NAME: Member Experience Staff

LOCATION: They Y at East Central

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under the direct supervision of the Associate Executive Director, Membership Experience Staff are a resource of knowledge of our YMCA. They will help to address and resolve member concerns. They are responsible for processing program registrations and answering questions about program areas. The membership staff will help create a warm welcome for every guest and provide an experience for all. They will also help manage the front desk area, check in members, and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum age 18

• Ability to, lead and support other team members

• Knowledge of working with various computer software programs

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

• Possess exceptional Customer service

• Ability to interact with all ages

• Bilingual strongly preferred

STATUS: Part-time/full time

STARTING SALARY: $10-$11
