POSITION NAME:    Member Experience Specialist

LOCATION:                         Dickenson Family YMCA

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:          The Member Experience Specialist will support Membership Experience Staff members in a lead capacity as a resource of knowledge for all functions related to membership desk, member concerns, customer service and processing of day camp registrations. They will manage the front desk area with a deep knowledge of processes and attention to organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

§Age 18 or older

§Ability to schedule, lead and support other team members

§Knowledge of working with various computer software programs

§Strong organization skills and attention to detail

§Customer service skills a must

§Ability to interact with all ages

§Certifications in CPR, O2, and first-aid (YMCA can train)

 

STATUS:                                      Part-time

STARTING SALARY:                   $11.00 hourly
