Sales Service Program Leader

SUMMARY: Responsible for the development, establishment and maintenance with customers and suppliers for the purpose of executing sales and repair orders while supporting the sales team goals and growth initiatives. Owns customer & supplier relationships, works with Program Disassembly Team and Commercial MRO Sales Team for initiatives and coordinates, tracks, and reports customer data, trends, and sales opportunities.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answers, prepares and transacts quotes, sales & repair orders, and other customer needs
  • Reviews and processes sales & repair orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met
  • Enters quotesand ordersin computer and tracks activity
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports for assigned customers, markets and segments
  • Follows up on actionable items and tracks requirements to ensure completion through processes
  • Develops and maintains relationships with customers& suppliers
  • Identifies and develops growth opportunities
  • Coordinates with other departments to meet plan and assists with customer requirements
  • Prepares reports and monitors customer & supplier activity and trends
  • Supports department manager in day-to-day tasks
  • Provide timely feedback to sales and executive management regarding performance
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Responsible for the daily activities as it relates to assigned sales
  • Provide friendly, fast, and flexible service to our customer base
  • Assist in collection of past due accounts when deemed necessary
  • Travel as deemed necessary by sales / executive management
  • All other activity assigned by sales / executive management
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of relevant/technical work experience OR
  • or an additional 3–5-yearspecific work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies
  • Ability to communicate technical and customer specific information properly and clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and scheduling applications
  • Ability to travel and work alone or remotely with little to no supervision


  • Master’s Degree
  • 8+ years’ experience in Aerospace or related industry.
  • Knowledge of Quantum Component Control
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI
  • Previous skills related sales and customer requirements/requests
