Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, Quality Systems Regulations, WIs, SOPs, and Health & Safety Requirements.
- Provide clear, accurate, documentation of each phase of production process on batch card.
- Handle prepared raw materials, verify correct chemicals added to batches, and report any discrepancies.
- Operate efficiently in a team-oriented environment to support department goals.
- Ensure compounding area is clean and organized.
- Work on special projects as required.
Education and Qualifications Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years relevant blending or compounding experience in Health & Beauty, Food, or Pharma industry.
- 3+ years’ experience operating Forklift.
- Familiar with inventory control using RF scanner.
- Basic computer skills for email and data entry.
- Must read, write, and speak in English.
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work independently, in a team-oriented environment, and willingness to assist and train others.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Frequently.

The employee must repeatedly sit, listen, speak, type, and move throughout the facility. Must be capable of using keyboard for computer purposes.
