Line Lead
Responsibilities include: Direct and train all production line personnel
Provide clear expectations to line personnel
Coordinate components for production line
Coordinate changeover process and verify all components staged on production line
De-stage production line when changing over
Identify product quality problems and initiate corrective action
Ensure proper reliability reporting
Maintain cleaning supply inventory for designated area; Assist line crew with cleaning
Assist running through breaks and lunches
Notify supervisor of any problems that might or do result in "Hold" material
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years relevant experience; manufacturing setting preferred
Prior experience training, coaching, and developing others
Must be able to read, understand, and maintain records as required
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
