Line Lead

Responsibilities include: Direct and train all production line personnel
 Provide clear expectations to line personnel
 Coordinate components for production line
 Coordinate changeover process and verify all components staged on production line
 De-stage production line when changing over
 Identify product quality problems and initiate corrective action
 Ensure proper reliability reporting
 Maintain cleaning supply inventory for designated area; Assist line crew with cleaning
 Assist running through breaks and lunches
 Notify supervisor of any problems that might or do result in "Hold" material
 Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
 High School Diploma or GED
 2+ years relevant experience; manufacturing setting preferred
 Prior experience training, coaching, and developing others
 Must be able to read, understand, and maintain records as required
 Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
