Job Purpose and Function  

The Corporate Sales and Operations Manager (CSOM) will lead the effective and efficient operations of all company operated tunnel car washes. The CSOM is accountable for leading and developing sales-oriented Managers and their teams through effective customer-focused sales strategies and training. The incumbent will be the primary point of contact for all corporate Splash In Tunnel car washes and is responsible for developing strong working relationships with the tunnel operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Communication is a key success factor as information must be shared up, down, and across the network continually. The incumbent’s success will be measured by various KPI’s and their ability to lead and train high-performing teams to align with the company’s strategy and vision. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Monitor sales performance and analyze customer feedback in partnership with Customer Support team to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them. 
  • Cultivate a sales and customer-driven team to ensure customer service excellence and the smooth functioning of the tunnel car wash program. 
  • Monitoring site maintenance and upkeep to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime. 
  • Implement and enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability, and develop strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
  • Partners with the Training team to develop and implement a comprehensive training program that includes effective sales techniques, industry best practices, equipment processes, and safety procedures. 
  • Actively Manages Risk and collaborates with Risk Management, SI Admin, and Operations to ensure all damage claims are entered into the Risk Management Portal and all pertinent information is collected. 
  • Collaborate with Splash In Director and Marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns to increase revenue for membership, promotions, and employee incentives. 
  • Maintains positive and effective vendor relationships/partnerships for chemicals, maintenance, and wash equipment.
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates with Splash In Director and key stakeholders across the organization.   
  • Makes recommendations on capital investments, site repairs and upgrades, and other improvements to elevate customer experience and sales performance.  
   
What We’re Looking For 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field; alternatively, equivalent relevant and progressive experience. 
  • 5+ years of multi-unit company-operated sales and management experience. 
  • Strong financial and business acumen; experience managing profit and loss statements. 
  • Authorized to work in the United States.  
  • Valid driver’s license; possess and maintain a clean driving record.  
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of time throughout market of operation (reimbursement available for mileage and some costs related to use of personal vehicle).   

Ideal candidates will also have:  
  • Knowledge of car wash operations and troubleshooting for tunnel wash operations.  
  • Experience maintaining positive and effective vendor relationships and partnerships.
  • Experience training leaders to lead teams that successfully drive sales, membership, and customer engagement. 
  • HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience.
  • Maintains a clean driving record; ability to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (mileage and vehicle reimbursement program available).
