We seek a skilled B2B content creator who will produce highly relevant, engaging and compelling written content across various platforms such as websites, blogs, social media, videos and podcasts.  The focus of this position will be to produce written communications, while interfacing with design and creative team to ensure consistentcy and creativity of presentation

 

The position plays a crucial role in driving brand awareness, building relationships with the audience, and ultimately contributing to the success of marketing and communication efforts driving traffic, engagement and conversions. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develops compelling content for various marketing channels including but not limited to: white papers, newsletters, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), press releases, blog posts, website copy, social media posts and more. 
  • Crafts clear, concise and engaging copy that resonates with B2B audiences, showcases our value proposition and drives desired actions. 
  • Translates complex concepts and information into accessible and compelling content that educates and persuades prospects and clients. 
  • Maintains consistency in tone, voice and messaging across all content while adhering to brand guidelines and style standards.  
  • Creates high-quality content with little supervision and minimum revisions. 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts including marketing, sales, product, and design to understand business objectives, target audience and product/service offerings to ensure content accuracy. 
  • Conducts thorough research on industry trends, market insights and competitor activities to ensure content is relevant, timely and competitive. 
  • Collaborates with graphic designers to enhance content with visual elements that maximize impact and engagement. 
  • Monitors and analyzes content performance metrics to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and optimizes content strategies accordingly. 
  • Remains up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends and new technologies in B2B marketing and content creation. 
  • Complies with all Company processes and procedures and adheres to security and data storage protocols and policies while performing tasks.  
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • EDUCATION:  Bachelors degree in English or Journalism or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • EXPERIENCE:  3+ years experience of B2B writing and content creation. 
  • TECHNOLOGY: Strong computer/technology skills including word processing and spreadsheets with Microsoft Office, Google business suite or similar required; literacy with basic computer operations, file maintenance and standard office tools such as email, calendars and video meetings required; prior experience with CRM program such as Salesforce strongly preferred. 
  • COMMUNICATION:  Superior command of the English language; excellent writing, self-editing and research skills; demonstrated ability to tailor communications to appropriate business audiences; proven ability to translate complex information into compelling, easy-to-understand content;  Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; Tailors communication style and content to the audience;  Encourages and values contribution from others and works as a team member.  
  • MARKETING KNOWLEDGE: Knowledgeable regarding B2B sales process; strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, strategies and tactics; understanding of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing search engine content.

Ideally, the selected candidate will live in the Atlanta metro area and be avialable to work hybrid at our Duluth, GA headquarters.  We will consider a fully remote candidate (based on location) with travel required to Duluth, GA for training and meetings.
