Finishing - Packer 3rd shift

On a rotating basis, operate a variety of small packaging machines, stack off or load flats of paper, stack off pads, package product in cartons and place cartons on skids for shipment.  Perform quality control inspection of finished product.
 

 Frequently load paper weighing over 5 and up to 25 pounds approximately 

 4 feet and operate guillotine cutters to cut product down to appropriate size.

Feed or stack off product weighing over 5 pounds and up to over 25

pounds into/from several different types of equipment up to 4 feet.

Pack different types of business form products weighing 1 pound and up

to 5 pounds into cartons to be shipped.

Arrange and stack cartons weighing approximately 35 to 40 pounds and up

to 63 pounds approximately 3 feet on a pallet that is up to 5 feet in height

from ground level.

Move pallets of finished and unfinished product to appropriate location

using electric and manual lift truck

Perform quality control inspections of finished product.
