Are you ready to lead with passion and finesse? The Budd Group, a trailblazer in facilities services, is seeking a dynamic and visionary Branch Manager to spearhead customer satisfaction, retention, and growth within our janitorial division in Raleigh, NC.

Position Overview & Purpose:
As the Branch Manager, you'll hold the reins of profitability for our division, supervising operational staff, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct and indirect sales activities. Prepare to be at the helm of quarterly and annual projections, collaborating closely with internal teams. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead revenue growth through direct and indirect sales activities, aiming for a 20% increase or more from the opening base.
• Exceed financial goals while ensuring exceptional client retention and business mix.
• Foster the growth and development of our operations team, ensuring they're equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.
• Champion The Budd Group in the community, actively engaging in civic organizations and fostering meaningful connections.

Position Qualifications/Skills:
Required:

• Two+ years of full-time management experience, including supervision of 1st level managers.
• Six+ years of full-time business experience with substantial business management exposure.
• Proven track record of progressive responsibility growth.
• Thorough knowledge of P&L management and business-to-business service dynamics.
• Minimum four-year degree and a valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

• Janitorial industry experience.
