General Maintenace Facilities Technician

Facility Fixer-Upper Extraordinaire!

The Budd Group seeking a passionate General Maintenace Tech to join our dynamic team. This person will help maintain and improve facilities on a 300+ acre campus with 15 buildings in Salisbury, NC. 

Location: Salisbury, NC

Day/hours: We have openings on the Day shift (7:30 am-4:00pm) as well as 2nd shift (1pm-9pm) 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems.
• Diagnosing and fixing electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Helping the team with general maintenance work when needed.
• Keeping our customers happy by exceeding their expectations with your stellar service.

What You Need:

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or one-year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•  Must have working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, lighting and electrical repair skills.
