The Budd Group is looking for an ambitious, experienced, and servant-hearted leader to join us at a prestigious customer in Charlotte, NC. This candidate will be responsible for handling a wide variety of complex systems, tailormade to fit the needs of this customer's extensive corporate campus. Landscape Account Manager 

Hours: Flexible schedule required and may require occasional weekend work 

Location: Charlotte, NC

Experience Required: 

  • At least 1-2 years of management experience

  • 2-3 years of industry experience with a strong skillset in Turf and irrigation care 

Necessary Skills: 

  • Customer Service Experience 

  • Attention to detail

  • Servant Leadership Skills 

  • Ability to speak and write professionally

  • Emotionally intelligent and can train others 

  • Being bilingual is a plus but not required 

  • Valid driver’s license is required for this role 

Lifting Restrictions: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions (extreme heat and cold).

Responsibilities: The Account Manager will be directly responsible for customer satisfaction, account retention, and strong employee relations. Specific responsibilities include: 

  • Work scheduling of all account personnel

  • Establishing work standards

  • Conducting site evaluations/audits

  • Overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, troubleshooting/problem-solving

  • Orientation/training of supervisory and support personnel

  • Safety compliance

  • Customer relations, and special project work as requested. 

  • This individual will also ensure that all managed services are being provided in a proper and cost-effective manner.
