Part-Time - Box Office Window Staff
Job Title: Part-Time Box Office Window Staff Department: Ticket Operations
Reports To: Ticket Operations Manager Status: Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime)

This is a part-time, seasonal position.
Core Functions:
- Accurately sell tickets in stadium box office as requested by fans on game days
- Handle will-call pick up in efficient manner
- Sell and process ticket orders using Ticketmaster software
- Manage credit card transactions using PCI compliance guidelines
- Troubleshoot ticket issues with excellent customer service skills in fast-paced environment
- Assist with set up and take down of ticket office windows

- Knowledge of the Raymond James Stadium, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the NFL and the Tampa Bay area
Experience:
- Preferred high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Box office or guest services background preferred
- Ticketmaster experience preferred
Work Environment:
The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:
- Required to work all Buccaneers home games; may have to work occasional holidays; extended evening, weekend work hours required
- Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time
- Lifting more than 20 pounds is occasionally required
