Security Properties Residential has an opening for a Renovation Coordinator!

The Renovation Coordinator's primary responsibility is to monitor and communicates all daily operations of the renovations team, and perform other projects as assigned. This position must ensure excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants. This role also encompasses apartments inspections before and after move-in and move-outs and provides timely and accurate reporting to all team members. 
 

Requirements for this position include a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, other building maintenance, or related trade is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a polite and professional approach, and excellent customer service skills. We are also seeking candidates who demonstrate organizational skills, and can manage multiple assignments with changing priorities,
