Description: The position will support transfer and development of sub 0.1um FDSOI process.


Responsibilities:

Working with external and internal groups on transfer and development of sub 0.1um FDSOI technology at SkyWater you will:

  • Focus on process module development, process margin improvement, and process control
  • Work with process & tool engineers to develop process enhancements & complete the technology transfer
  • Perform module level FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis)
  • Define and implement process experiments for development and module characterization
  • Analyze and report results of process module experiments to the team.
  • Submit wafers for failure analysis and process characterization
  • Ensure process monitors including SPC charts and tool Quals are adequate for the process module(s) and report on their performance
  • Actively support the transition of FDSOI from development to production.

Required Qualifications:
Education: BS, MS in Electrical, Materials Science, Chemical, Engineering, Physics or other relevant discipline.


Experience and Skills:

  • Knowledge of semiconductor process/fabrication
  • Any process experience is a plus
  • Work effectively as a team member with people from other groups
  • Ability to extract and organize data and for structured problem solving
  • Familiar with statistical analysis tools, DOEs, and SPC
  • Able to communicate technical data and results to other engineers and management well
  • Self-motivated with a drive to solve problems and desire for continuous learning

US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.
