Description: This position will support transfer, development, targeting, & characterization of transistors and devices on a sub 0.1umFDSOI process
Responsibilities:
Working with external and internal groups on transfer and development of sub 0.1um FDSOI technology at SkyWater you will:
- Setup and execute device/process experiments to enhance and target transistor performance.
- Collaborate with design and process engineers on implementation, testing, and documentation of new devices for the technology
- Do data extraction, analysis, and reporting of inline process data as well end of line parametric electrical data.
- Draw conclusions from the data analysis and make recommendations
- Drive improvements and inline control of the process to ensure transistors meet electrical performance requirements
- Play an active role in moving FDSOI technology from transfer/development to production at SkyWater.
Required Qualifications:
Education: BS, MS, and PhD in EE, MSEE, or Physics with an emphasis on device physics (MS preferred, and semiconductor processing/fabrication experience a plus)
Experience and Skills:
- Good understanding of device physics and interactions between processes and its effect on electrical performance of the devices
- Able to extract data and interpret electrical results from parametric test
- Good problem solving capability with strong use of data and science to propose solutions
- Familiar with statistical analysis tools, DOEs, and SPC
- Able to communicate technical data and results to other engineers and management well
- Good team player, highly energetic, self-motivated
US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.
