Wafer Services is searching for a Photo/Etch Process Technician Lead for CD2 Shift


Responsibilities:

  • Will take ownership for the assigned areas within photo and etch
  • Facilitate cross training by covering the Fab and/or providing training to others
  • Drive PLL dispositions, holds, queues, and equipment issues in the area by effectively interfacing with engineering, maintenance, WS and ATS groups. Will focus on:
    • Hot lots
    • Top 5 equipment
    • Aging PLLs 
  • Migrate to the difficult problems while maintaining a positive relationship with other process technicians
  • Make regular improvements to Engineering SOP specs, OCAPs, and SPC charts
  • Provide coverage for other Process Technicians when necessary

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2 years’ experience as a process technician or an advanced degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and quality mindset
  • Prior experience in a role with successful ability to multitask
  • Motivated with desire to advance in the company
  • Requires ability to work CD2 defined at Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday, 12pm-12:15am. This roles pays a 22.5% shift differential. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Photo or Etch areas
