SCHEDULE: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM 



The successful candidate will have Team Lead experience, preferably in a manufacturing assembly cell and be proficient in servant leadership to help your team build a quality product.

Position Summary:

The Production Leader I position provides leadership and instruction so others in the group/cell, can complete tasks safely, timely and effectively, following standard work and SOPs.  Furthermore, the Production Leader I will need to have the ability to learn the jobs performed by their team so they can assist and relieve production workers as needed. This position is an important part of improvement activities with responsibility for on-time delivery of cell schedules, the flow of the cell, and quality assurance. This leader must have a positive and encouraging outlook on safety, team-work and support of leadership. 

  • 1st line support for production employees
  • Respond to problems such as line stops
  • Address quality issues
  • Take part in continuous improvement activities
  • Perform audits on SOP
  • Backup to Production Leader II

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • 3-5 years’ related work experience with key responsibilities
  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • Previous Manufacturing Experience preferred 
  • Previous Leadership Experience preferred 
Physical Demands:
