PCBA Test, Specialist (Job Req #2023-096)
The PCBA Test Specialist will work closely with PCBA Testers, Test Development and manufacturing department. As a PCBA Test Specialist you will oversee everyday production, set up test jigs, and validate if a PCBA passes or fails. Perform detailed functional testing using various test measurement instruments. Help validate system issue with the testers and involve debug technicians as needed.

What the job is all about:
- Works closely with supervisor to organize production through the group
- Examines product for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- Demonstrates methods and trains workers in work processes.
- Inventories and requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies for department activities when necessary.
- Works closely with Test Development Group to improve production test methods, equipment performance and to implement and ensure processes are successful.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Performs testing and calibration of products as described in test procedures.
- Follow test procedures to calibrate and test products.
- Configuring finished goods assemblies to customer specifications.
- Configuring completed assemblies to sellable models.
- Perform mechanical assembly, interconnect, and fasten assemblies.
- Identify products failing test procedure specifications and tag and route assembly accordingly.
- Use video and waveform monitors to measure and test electrical parameters according to test procedures.
Who you are:
- Electronics Technician diploma or equivalent in experience
- Related or additional courses in electronics or electronics assembly is highly desirable
- Mechanical aptitude
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Rotational shift work required
