Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing financial reporting packages for internal and
external stakeholders, analyzing financial variances from revenue, cost of sales to SG&A items, and
providing useful insights to the senior leadership on all major KPIs. Utilize financial and reporting tools to
effectively perform reporting and analysis model
· Continuous coaching & mentorship.
1. Responsible in the creation and maintenance of financial reports for various departments.
2. Responsible in preparing monthly reports for internal and external distribution.
3. Reconciliation of sales report, cash collections, and bad debt provision.
4. Assist with preparation and presentation of the monthly and quarterly BOD financial package.
5. Collaborate with accounting team in support of close process.
6. May prepare or give financial presentations.
7. Perform analysis of key business drivers, presenting recommendations to key decision-makers, and
8. Perform research and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Completes company mandated training as required.
Perform special projects and duties as requested.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics highly preferred.
Must have proficiency in MS Excel and database software.
Strong knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience in creating reports using financial reporting tools (i.e. Vena, Power BI, Insight
Software) is required.
Experience working in a PE backed or public company is highly preferred.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:
3-5 years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
Prior experience with health care analytics is desirable.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of basic financial modeling required.
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and a self-starter.
Must be a detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and a problem-solver.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with a team.
Significant skill in handling competing demands and projects.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

This position requires periods of time in which sitting, standing, use of hand and foot motion, vision,
hearing, summarizing, focusing with frequent interruptions along with other physical, sensory, and
cognitive sensory functions are required.
