Job Summary:  The Contract Administrator reports directly to the General Counsel and will work closely with the operations leaders throughout the Company and the management team to provide contract administration, database management and support of contracting activities throughout the Company.  This Administrator will also have various reporting responsibilities, as described in detail below:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain standard contract templates and assist with initial drafts of form agreements.
  • Manages Symplr contract database system, including contract uploading and reporting.
  • Responds to contract questions in coordination with the General Counsel.
  • Manages contract request, approval, execution, and reporting processes including coordination and collaboration with other applicable departments.
  • Works with registered agent services to maintain corporate entity filings, including annual reports, good standing, foreign qualifications, and other filings.
  • Assists in the development of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and presentations as needed for Senior Management to be presented to key stakeholders, Senior Business Leaders and Regional Team.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and assist with special projects as necessary and will support other operational areas with analysis and recommendations.
  • Answers routine contracting questions from operations.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend training, seminar and business meetings as required.

 

Education and Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years in contracting experience; healthcare contracting experiences strongly preferred
  • Experience in a legal department or assisting a legal department preferred
  • Experience in contract management required
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and contract database software required
  • Familiarity with Tableau a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Physical Requirements:

This position requires periods of time in which sitting, standing, use of hand and foot motion, vision, hearing, summarizing, focusing with frequent interruptions along with other physical, sensory and cognitive sensory functions are required.
