Royal is looking for a dynamic, highly engaged individual who enjoys building long term relationships built on trust, is passionate about providing exceptional service, has a strong sense of ownership and is able to work independently in a high volume environment. As an Indirect Loan Servicing Specialist you will work closely with our dealership partners, providing exceptional, efficient and accurate service and support. This position requires a service driven mindset, attention to detail and a high level of speed and accuracy. The primary functions of this position include reviewing loan contacts, completing loan disbursals, balancing multiple reports, and being a primary contact and resource for our dealership partners. Hourly Wage:

$16.90 -$18.92 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

Description:

Indirect Loan Servicing Specialists provide exceptional, efficient and accurate service and support to our Members and dealership partners.  They complete quality review of contracts, loan disbursements for new indirect loans and balance dealer payment reports with a high level of accuracy. Additionally, they assist in developing service relationships with indirect dealers and in maintaining a healthy indirect program. This includes monitoring dealer funding issues, escalating dealer or Member situations as needed, sharing information, looking for efficiencies and supporting program changes.  

 

Work Schedule:

Working approximately 40 hours a week and hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.

 

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience

• Analytical and critical thinking skills sufficient to make decisions regarding daily work that is complex in nature

• Basic skill to use a personal computer and various software packages

• Produce accurate and high-quality materials, data entry, and transactions

• Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision

• Function in a high volume environment and within time constraints to meet deadlines

• Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture

    

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

• Experience working in a call center environment and/or financial institution
