ABOUT THE ROLE:

Parker Poe is seeking a real estate and land use attorney to join our Energy and Environmental Practice Group in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have substantive experience representing renewable energy clients with their real estate and land use needs in connection with project development and transactions (including diligence permits/approvals and title). This role will entail helping clients across the Southeast navigate land use regulations, state and local permitting, and the buying, selling, and financing of projects, with a focus on energy clients.

Preferred candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of attorneys from across practice groups who collaborate to advise clients on dynamic projects. State Bar of Georgia licensure is required. Strong preference for Georgia based applicants; will consider candidates with exemplary experience who are in a surrounding state and willing to work a hybrid in office/remote schedule.
