As an EHR Go Account Executive, your primary goal is to find new healthcare programs in Higher Education institutions across the United States and throughout the world to adopt and implement our product. In this role you will need to develop genuine relationships with faculty and upper level administration; understand their needs and sell to those needs. You will be able to leverage your talent, hard work, and skills, to successfully achieve your sales quota. You will be instrumental in moving our strategic focus forward in the EHR Go division of Carrus.  We train and educate people so that they can change their lives and we are looking for proven sales professionals that will enjoy helping us drive our mission forward.  

You always own your number and enjoy the thrill of a close! The Account Executive spends their day finding healthcare programs that know they are in need of an EHR software to improve their quality of care and patient outcomes. 

What you’ll do: 

10% Market Research 

  • Keep pace with market developments, produce market reports, and quickly develop new supplier and stakeholder relationships 

40% Prospecting New Clients 

  • Collaborate effectively with the team and others to build a healthy pipeline and drive new business 

  • Lead and direct the activity of their assigned territory, strategic accounts, and business development, to drive revenue and achieve our goals 

  • Forecast sales accurately in assigned territory 

  • Continually enhance existing partnerships to drive more leads and revenue 

30% Sales Presentations and Demonstrations 

  • Deliver exceptional online and on-site solution presentations to both small and large groups 

  • Sell the EHR Go platform by aligning needs to new clients in higher education 

  • Effectively negotiate and close adoptions 

20% Strategy and Metrics 

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas within specified time frame 

  • Analyze sales activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives and/or redirect, realign direction of sales managers and sales team 

  • Ensure functional business plans and sales strategies, goals, policies and objectives are aligned 

You’ll be successful in this role if you have 

Education and Experience: 

  • 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field 

  • 4+ years sales experience 

Skills 

  • Team collaboration: Experience working with account managers to drive results 

  • Google Slides-strong presentation skills 

  • Video Demo’s - can effectively conduct a sales presentation through a video conference 

  • Salesforce-Strong sales cycle management skills 

  • Linkedin-Success in prospecting new business leads 

  • Tableau

  • Persuades: You have experience negotiating the close of a high end deal that will provide a solution for both parties 

  • Drives Results: You’ll have to love the challenge of the close.  You’ll use your charismatic sales persona to meet and exceed your quota. You have demonstrated experience and success in a sales role.
