As B2B Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks focused on lead generation and driving new B2B sales. This position will support B2B marketing and sales efforts for our High School product by assisting in the development and management of marketing campaigns; helping support the rollout of new products; analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities; preparing reports and help maintain our lead databases. 

 

Essential Job Functions 

  • Implement marketing campaigns and support lead gen efforts by developing emails & landing pages, writing website copy, creating lead nurture campaigns, and constantly A/B testing to optimize performance 

  • Support sales in moving leads through the funnel with the creation of engaging and effective sales enablement content, including decks, brochures, email sequences, and more 

  • Plan live and digital events (webinars, conference exhibitor booths, etc.) by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists. 

  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data; analyze the effectiveness of various marketing channels and make recommendations based on trends 

  • Build knowledge of our high school product and GTM channels and serve as a strategic voice for  determining new content needs to drive leads; stay up-to-date on relevant industry happenings and our target audiences 

  • Manage lead list and monitor lead assignment workflows 

 

Skills & Abilities 

  • One (1) year experience in a B2B marketing role is preferred, lead gen experiences a plus 

  • Experience with copywriting and different styles of writing 

  • Project and campaign management experience 

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills 

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, often under tight deadlines 

  • Genuine collaborative team player who wants to see others and themselves thrive 

  • Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness of lead generation efforts, test and track campaigns, and use data to drive decision-making 

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) a plus 

  • Copy writing; strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel
