Colorado Insurance is looking for highly motivated customer service professionals to join our team! As one of the largest independent insurance agencies in the country we pride ourselves on attracting and retaining quality clients in the personal lines insurance sector. What’s the role?

As a customer service representative with Colorado Insurance you will act as a bridge between our clients and the company. You’ll provide information regarding our products and services as well as work to resolve developing problems that our clients might face with precision and competence. Your goal will be to execute an exceptional service experience and sustain high customer satisfaction.

 

You absolutely need to be an effective communicator. The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling high amounts of incoming calls and e-mails requiring your immediate attention
  • Identifying and evaluating customers’ needs
  • Building on established relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
  • Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the established processes
  • Managing complaints, providing proper solutions, and following up to secure resolutions like the real service ninja you are
  • Keeping precise records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Upselling, cross-selling, and endorsing existing client policies all while going the extra mile to engage customers

 

Who are you?

  • A current holder of an active Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • You are honest, ethical, and discreet. Protecting our clients’ information is of the utmost importance.
  • You are filled with genuine delight when you think about helping customers.
  • Tolerance, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely come easily to you.
  • You know how to advocate for clients when necessary, always keeping their best interests in mind.
  • One of your passions is problem solving. You’re confident in your abilities to troubleshoot and you’ll investigate if you don’t have enough knowledge to fix the problem.
  • You are incredibly detail-oriented, organized and have a high-level ability to multitask.
  • You catch onto new systems quickly and enjoy learning the intricacies of each.
  • You face each day with a can-do attitude, ready to take on anything that comes your way.
  • You’ve got that team player mentality down pat.
  • You have dabbled in insurance before (3+ years of experience) so you can dive right in when you start.

Compensation Package:

 

This career opportunity has an initial base range of $42,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year

depending on your experience level and qualifications. You will have the opportunity for quarterly and annual performance reviews for career enhancement and salary increases.
