Peachey Insurance Agency Inc (part of the PCF Insurance Services Network) is a business in Pratt, KS. We are customer-centric, rewarding, and demanding. We are seeking motivated and organized Insurance Agents to join our agency. You will utilize current leads and develop new leads to establish clients and provide the crop insurance products they need. We offer a wide variety of insurance services, including crop, farm packages, irrigation equipment, auto and homeowner’s insurance, and our goal is to find the best policies for each client. You will be responsible for keeping up with insurance trends and changes to the coverage offered by different insurance companies.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Crop Insurance Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about supporting local agriculture, values integrity in client relationships, and possesses a deep understanding of the crop insurance landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with local farmers to understand their unique insurance needs.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess risks and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
  • Provide transparent and honest advice, building trust with clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market fluctuations, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to ensure clients receive optimal coverage options.
  • Manage paperwork efficiently to facilitate a smooth and timely insurance process.
  • Actively participate in local agricultural events and community meetings.

 

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of agriculture experience
  • 1+ years insurance sales experience
  • 1+ years farming experience
  • Licenses / Certifications required:
    • Driver’s License
    • Insurance Producer License
    • Crop Insurance

 

Compensation:

  • Competitive and commensurate with experience 

 

Schedule:

  • FT
  • Hours of Operation 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
