Peachey Insurance Agency Inc (part of the PCF Insurance Services Network) is a business in Pratt, KS. We are customer-centric, rewarding, and demanding. We are seeking motivated and organized Insurance Agents to join our agency. You will utilize current leads and develop new leads to establish clients and provide the crop insurance products they need. We offer a wide variety of insurance services, including crop, farm packages, irrigation equipment, auto and homeowner’s insurance, and our goal is to find the best policies for each client. You will be responsible for keeping up with insurance trends and changes to the coverage offered by different insurance companies.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Utilize current leads and develop new leads to establish clients and provide the insurance products they need.
  • Find the best policies for each client from our variety of insurance services, including crop, farm packages, irrigation equipment, auto and homeowner’s insurance.
  • Responsible for keeping up with insurance trends and changes to the coverage offered by different insurance companies.
  • Explain how to purchase and maintain insurance.
  • Expound on the types of insurance available.
  • Help clients understand the risks of insurance and identify ways to reduce risk.
  • Estimate personalized premiums.
  • Write policies and renewals.
  • Outline keys considerations when purchasing different types of insurance.
  • Help clients understand the concept of policy value.
  • Communicate how to use policy benefits, discounts, endorsements, and rider options.
  • Oversee customer service issues.

 

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of agriculture experience
  • 1+ years insurance sales experience
  • 1+ years farming experience
  • Licenses / Certifications required:
    • Driver’s License
    • Insurance Producer License
    • Crop Insurance

 

Compensation:

  • Competitive and commensurate with experience 

 

Schedule:

  • FT
  • Hours of Operation 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
