Job Summary: 

 

Andreini & Company (Part of PCF Insurance Services Network) www.andreini.com - We are seeking self-motivated and aggressive Insurance Sales Professionals (Property and Casualty or Employee Benefits) who are excited by the challenges of growing Andreini’s business, as well as maintaining strong relationships with our current clients. We have opportunities in the headquarters as well as branch offices.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

·    Sell new accounts and renew existing ones in keeping with agency and individual goals while building relationships with clients;

·       Identify and solicit sales prospects from various sources providedvby agency, by cold calls and phone contacts;

·       Develop information and recommendations for prospective accounts, present proposals and adhere to agency policies and procedures for writing a new account;

·       Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with customers, as well as agency staff, to minimize potential for error and omission claims.

 

Qualifications: 

·       7+ years property casualty/employee benefits sales experience;

·      2-year or 4-year degree preferred;

·       Strong sales aptitude;

·       Willingness to make prospecting calls and network to develop new business;

·       Exceptional customer service skills;

·       Disciplined, well organized, and self-motivated person;

·       Strong reading comprehension and analysis skills;

·       Strong written and oral communication skills;

·       Strong organization and follow up skills;

·       Willingness and ability to travel independently to client and prospect meetings on a regular basis;

·       Active CA Insurance License. 

 

Compensation: For the first 12 months: Salary/Draw range: $65,000 - $150,000 Commission Split range: 20%-35% New Business 10%-15% Renewal Business After 12 months: Commission Only Compensation



Schedule: FT Hours of Operation 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
