The POS Systems Specialist is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and training of park Technical Liaison.  Work will be both administrative and project oriented, and very structured in nature. This position involves significant travel, it is expected you will be present at specified locations for projects or events during the set up and implementation process. Customer service is the key to success in this role as well as excellent analytical and communications skills.

The successful candidate will: 

  • Support the POS software and configuration setup at remote sites
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Identify ways to improve customer service both to end customers and internal customers
  • Maintain advanced/detailed knowledge of the existing POS
  • Know company’s operations and be able to translate these needs into software requirements
  • Be able to communicate with employees and managers at all levels
  • Maintain technical skills in operating systems, hardware, databases and networking
  • Identify new technologies that could be used within the company

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)

  • Computer Proficiency MS Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook 


  • Internal - Daily interaction with Food & Beverage, Games and Retail, and Admissions Departments

Salary Range:
  • $55,000 - $60,000
