Cruise.com one of the internets largest cruise sellers.

Position is remote offering attractive base pay plus a generous commission plan. Opportunity to earn $40,000 to $65,000 plus.

  • Must be able to work a 40-hour, five-day workweek on flexible shifts including weekends based on a Bid Shift program.

Skills Required to Build your success:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent cruise sales experience selling multiple cruise lines (in person or on the phone).
  • Must have strong cruise line product knowledge (personal cruise travel experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work from home (home-based position)
  • Must be highly proficient in sales and closing techniques
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills (Fluency in a second language is a plus)
  • Computer literate, ability to learn Cruise.com technology
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to work a 40 hour, 5 day workweek on flexible shifts.
  • Employee must meet all of the internet/computer/equipment/home office requirements

A Day in the Life (Job Duties):

  • Take inbound cruise.com sales calls, inquiries, and customer service calls.
  • Address callers questions concerning all aspects of cruise vacations
  • Closing the sale of a cruise booking and “up selling” cruise packages to maximize revenue
  • Provides high levels of service to the customers with professionalism and cruise product knowledge
  • Sells Allianz Travel Insurance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to sit for up to 8 hours

Ability to see and read 6 x 2 inch display monitor
