Student Placement - Finance

Job Summary:

The Student Placement - Finance is responsible for assisting the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Controller with administrative and strategic tasks across all areas of Finance. Special projects will be assigned as needed or requested.
 

Essential Job Duties:

1. Assisting in reconciliation processes

2. Assist in data entry into financial systems

3. Assisting in accounts receivable processes

4. Assist in monthly reporting preparation

5. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
 

Skills: 

• Computer and excel skills, billing and accounting software

• Knowledge of billing regulations and processes 

• Ability to analyze, detect, and reconcile accounts

• Knowledge of general accounting principals
 

Education: 

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED & must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a four year accredited university or college studying finance or related field.
