Millions of songs are played daily across the TouchTunes network, with our popular mobile app driving the vast majority of plays.

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist, a crucial part of the Sales Enablement Team, to support and help execute sales campaigns, e-commerce, and other enablement related initiatives.

Day to Day:

Online Store Administration

• Manage Site Content for accuracy and functionality
• Responsible for new inventory additions and edits to existing products
• Support campaigns to increase sales and user logins
• Work with other departments on improvements and streamlining user experience
• Create promotions and modify product line ups to maximize sales
• Sales and user activity reporting and insights for growth

Campaign and Training Facilitation

• Support creation and activation of sales campaigns
• Assist in training sessions and educational initiatives for sales team
• Create and update materials involved with training
• Collaboration with Sales team, Warehouse and Marketing department to help execute events

Sales Enablement & Sales Operations Initiatives including (but not limited to):

• Implementing new sales processes
• Participate in teams focused on improvement and system creation
• Research lost locations to understand why there is no longer a TouchTunes jukebox in the location and if there are trends of operators in the area
• Address, support and create solutions to systems problems to improve sales team effectiveness

Your Profile:

• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Preferred experience in supporting a sales organization
• Excellent organization skills and able to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Personable and outgoing personality
• Must be proactive, self-motivated and results driven
• Must be an independent thinker, with the ability to balance both working autonomously and working
• with others in a team setting
• Attention to detail
• Must display a level of professionalism and maturity

Work Requirements:

• 5% domestic US travel required
