Manager, Hardware Test and Validation

📌Your mission in the hardware team:

• Develop strategies and process with internal engineering teams for exhaustive validation of hardware.
• Lead the definition, implementation and monitoring of manufacturing tests used at various Contract Manufacturers (CM).

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Lead, grow, mentor and support your team
• Refine and improve work processes to ensure best practices alignment
• Collaborate with Principal Electronic Design Engineer to develop validation and test tools
• Generate technical and risk assessment reports, propose improvements and solutions as required
• Ensure manufacturing test implementation at CM and Original Design Manufacturers (ODM) sites within project schedules and budgets
• Oversee product regulatory testing and compliance documentation with 3rd party labs

🚀Our stack:

• Linux environment including scripts
• LabVIEW

🔍 Your profile:

• 10+ years professional experience with focus on manufacturing tests of electronic assemblies
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role or leadership functions within a design or manufacturing team
• Extensive knowledge of electronic design, schematics and lab equipment
• You thrive on communications and technical writing skills
