In April of 2022, TouchTunes was acquired by TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm. We have developed a growth strategy to drive the next wave of expansion for the business, and we are seeking highly qualified and passionate candidates to join our diverse team of innovators.
 

We are looking for an Account Executive – National Accts, to use best in class business insights and selling skills to grow TouchTunes’ footprint in the restaurant/hospitality markets.The Account Executive will develop and implement effective selling strategies to create major new business opportunities on a national level.
 

What your day-to-day looks like:

  • Meet new business financial goals and quotas to large scale customers in throughout North America.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle: identifying opportunities, qualifying/sizing the opportunities, negotiating as well as winning/closing:
    • Identifying: Adopt a proactive approach to generating a “deal flow” of opportunities. Establish and maintain quality contacts and rapidly establish credibility with potential clients.
    • Qualifying/sizing: Efficiently assess the value of an opportunity for the client/partner.
    • Negotiating: Establish and negotiate of the terms and conditions of all corporate offerings in an entrepreneurial way without losing sight of the long-term impacts.
    • Winning/closing: Instill a “closing” mindset that can generate and grow a top line in a very competitive environment.
  • Oversee day to day account operations by presenting to customers, developing proposals, and negotiating agreements.
  • Identify any gaps in sales budgets and forecasts and develop action plan to mitigate gaps.
  • Serve as single point of contact for new customer communications.
  • Make recommendations on new products, business models and service strategies to generate incremental sales and grow the National Accounts footprint.
  • Generate call reports for all customer interactions.
  • Create superior relationships with senior level executives and influential stakeholders to build and sustain long term relationships.
  • Relay customer feedback to assist in future development of TT National Accounts products.
  • Anticipate market and competitive factors that will influence the selling of TT National Accounts products to our target markets.

What you bring to the table:

  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales in a National Account restaurant environment
  • 7 – 10 years of sales experience in related industries
  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • Strong full cycle selling skills with proven ability to close profitable deals.
  • Dynamic presentation skills with the ability to translate product concepts into business value for our customers, primarily C-Level Executives.
  • Strong creative financial acumen.
  • Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization.
  • Leadership in coordinating team efforts in problem solving to meet customer expectations.
  • Sales thought leader capable of defining and execution strategies for covering and selling to our target markets.
  • Solid business acumen which appropriately balances creativity, entrepreneurship and risk taking.
  • Experience in calling into corporations and navigating through personnel to gain access to decision makers.
  • Track record of year over year quota achievement.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or CRM application.
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook.
  • Must have experience developing sophisticated strategy, research & reporting plans.
  • Excellent consultative sales skills in defining need analysis, qualification and presenting value proposition.
  • Strong pipeline management skills with a proven hunter-sales mentality and approach.
