For this position, we are looking for a self-starting, results oriented team player to join us as a Digital Business Analyst II.   

As a Digital Business Analyst II, you will be a liaison, facilitating communication and driving solutions for internal business units and stakeholders with external vendors and partners. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including providing daily Product + Tier 2 Operational Support and oversight of the bank’s digital products and services, as needed.   

This position will follow a hybrid-working model (a combination of work from the office and at home based on manager discretion).

 

You will develop and implement solutions to:

  1. Support business processes and automate work streams as appropriate.
  2. Lead and provide direction on the planning, design and execution of department processes, procedures and training.
  3. Analyze bank current and future system processes and/or procedures.
  4. Recommended solutions to improve the client experience, increase productivity and efficiency. Work with internal stakeholders to determine business requirements and priorities.
  5. Assist with workflow planning process including design, configuration/develop, testing and delivery of solutions.
  6. Participate in the research and evaluation of potential new vendors and technologies, and as appropriate costs and user applicability with current vendors and partners.
  7. Provide input/interpretation to business designs and requirements to determine optimal solutions.

 

Additionally a Digital Business Analyst II, will follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time; support the Bank’s goals and values; will perform other duties as assigned; benefit the bank through outside activities, participate in coordination of disaster recovery planning and preparation, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Management or related discipline OR equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant job experience

Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or certification related to field
  • 5+ years of relevant job experience in banking
  • Experience with bank systems, project management, vendor partnerships and resolution of complex system issues

 

Desired Skills: Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all of the following skills:

  • Experience supporting processes and systems related to marketing, data and web analytics, online account opening, online banking, deposit and treasury functions, loan origination/loan servicing (including SBA), core system support, payments, cards, compliance (KYC, KYB, AML, BSA), and other bank functions as determined.
  • Ability to make sound and timely decisions, to consistently deliver on commitments, and assume responsibility for results

 

Ability to think creatively and meet challenges with resourcefulness. Ability to prioritize competing demands and effectively manage multiple tasks and/or projects Take initiative to research and resolve problems prior to asking for assistance from Manager. Well developed and proven organization skills with ability to utilize time efficiently Proficient in MS Office applications, including strong Excel skills, as well as Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Strong knowledge of banking regulations. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Well developed and proven organization skills with ability to utilize time efficiently Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instruction and speak clearly to associates Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, train personnel, write procedures and correspondence, speak clearly to clients and associates Strong typing skills to meet production needs of the position Ability to perform extensive system configurations in banking platforms Ability to train and coach associates, as appropriate
