Camp Monitor - Recreation

JOB SUMMARY:
Summer Camp Counselors needed for Mount Pleasant Recreation Department Summer Camps 2023. Camp counselors will work with campers ages 5 to 13 years old. Must be fun and energetic. They will work under the supervision of the Camp Director and will work up to 38.5 hours a week. Positions will be trained in CPR/First Aid and Darkness 2 Light.Position is part-time, temporary, no benefits.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

•  Counselors will be in charge of interacting with campers
• Playing indoor and outdoor games
• Swimming
• Participating in daily field trips and supervise campers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicant must be 16 years of age or older.
