St. Ann’s Community is currently looking for a part time Supply and Equipment Associate for the Purchasing department located on the Webster campus. The primary purpose of this position is to support the St. Ann’s Care Center at Cherry Ridge Skilled Nursing Facility with regards to all material/medical supply and equipment needs.

Job Description:

• Provides support to Purchasing and CSR in all areas of supply requirements for operating units at the Webster campus
• Provides excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
• Responsible for the transportation and delivery of materials and supplies
• Coordinate and maintain a seamless inventory processes utilizing a Min/Max system
• Will collaborate and communicate effectively with a wide range of disciplines and staff on both St. Ann’s campuses.
• Receipt of all materials that are drop shipped or delivered directly to St Ann’s Care Center at Cherry Ridge for the SNF, to include packing slip collection, verification and delivery to location and or individuals
• Manage and maintain all medical/durable medical equipment for the Webster Campus

Candidate Requirements:

• High School Diploma and or G.E.D. required.
• 5 years experience in material handling desired
