Analyst – Business Systems, Training Documentation and Content

Annual Salary Range: $61,422.40 - $73,611.20

Job Summary: Perform ongoing training and support for staff in the daily use of ERP, preparation of manuals, documentation of configuration, training materials and if available customized ‘help’ notes within INFOR. Training requiring replacement, currently have over 1,200 pages of maintained user manual content, 21 Custom Reference Guides, 11 Silent Movies w/ Instructions, 21 Videos and 9 LMS Courses and 15 Half Day Face to Face Training. Additional training via Jaggaer University of 200 plus, e-Leaning Video, On-Line Classes (LMS) and instructor lead Virtual Training.


Job Responsibilities

  • Documentation, Maintain documentation of current policies and processes of ERP and of procurement department procedures (AMOP)
  • Training, Development of training materials for front line users of ERP and ongoing training to new and existing users on system, onboarding and preparing announcements and training for ongoing updates.
  • System Support, Ongoing support for daily system users, field, and phone work to enable staff to use system effectively.
  • Vendor/Supplier Support. Provide supplier and vendor support, training and documentation on system use and access. Perform functions such as Login and Password issues, Supplier site support, Supplier needs assistance accessing sourcing event that they have been invited to participate in, supplier registration assistance and outreach (no supplier database), aid supplier updates and use of portal.


Required Education, License/Certification and Experience

  • Current residency within the State of Wisconsin required
  • A valid state of Wisconsin driver’s license at time of hire and maintained throughout employment.
  •  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business, Technical Writing
  • Three (3) years of experience in Training, Education, Technical Writing
  • Intermediate knowledge of all related computer and software applications, such as word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Intermediate training use of software compliant media development tools including but not limited to: Articulate, Camtasia, and Scorm.
  • Ability to lift carry up to 20lbs. and pushing/pulling up to 20lbs
  • Routine shifts hours. Infrequent overtime, weekend, or shift rotation.
  • High volume and variable work demands and deadlines that impose strain on a routine basis; frequent direct contact with individuals or exposure to highly stressful situation, demands or pressures.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of the theory, principles and practices of application, system, security, and solutions configuration.
  •  High level skill in use of Operating Systems, Networking, Microsoft Applications, User Support.
  • High level skill in both verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle process and AGILE methodologies
